Your doula will play an integral role as an educator and support person so you and your partner can remain present and in control during the birth. For all births, I provide non-medical pain management techniques such as massage and movement, emotional clarity, and focus. Prenatal and postpartum support tailored to your needs.

Postpartum support is a time to heal, process, and understand your birth all while bonding with your baby. You will be given an opportunity to receive assistance in feeding, healing, balancing newborn care, and ensure restorative periods of rest for the birthing parent.

A one hour session to review your ideas, curiosities, and wishes for your birth. Review of potential interventions, steps taken with baby after birth, postpartum expectations, and resource access.

Cloth diapers are a cost effective, sustainable practice to bring into your household. A consultation can narrow down what style of cloth diaper, at home vs diaper service, how to's, and in home setup.
